Join us with a 10 week virtual training program to run a 5K, 10K or Half Marathon. We will have a closed facebook group with assignments each day- 3 running days and 2 strength training days with a recovery workout. You will have access to nutritional information, injury prevention stretches and train with a great group of new found friends! Create a team and train together, get your family together, co-workers, etc. Team Captains will receive a special "Team Captain shirt" with 5 or more teammates.
Training starts Sept 28 and race day is Dec 5
